Golden brown, crunchy, flavoursome batter that stands well in the hot box.

*Approx 360 x 100ml portions per 16kg bag.

Easy to use just add water.

Suitable for Vegetarians.

1. Add COLD water and mix to the consistency of single cream.

2. Whisk until smooth, if using an electric mixer, whisk for a maximum of 90 seconds.

3. Leave for a minimum of 15 minutes in a cool place.

4. You can check the consistency of your batter using a Middleton Flow Cup. We recommend a Flow Cup time of between 30 and 50 seconds.

5. For ideal results fry at 190 ̊C/375 ̊F

6. Cook until crisp and golden.
